31E+WWhere rules made under section 32(1) F1. . . of the 1974 Act are applied to recognised bodies in accordance with section 9(2)(f) of this Act, section 85 of the 1974 Act shall apply in relation to a recognised body which keeps an account with a bank [F2or building society] in pursuance of any such rules as it applies in relation to a solicitor who keeps such an account in pursuance of rules under section 32.
