Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (repealed)

F15Except in the case of an application for the grant of a certificate for the summary administration of the sequestration of the debtor’s estate under section 25(2A) of this Act, Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect in respect of a sequestration to which this Schedule applies.
