SCHEDULE 3 Amendments Consequential on Section 57

The [1968 c. 73.] Transport Act 1968

2 In—

(a) sections 10, 12,14, 15, 20 and 23 of that Act; and

(b) paragraph 11(a) of Schedule 5 to that Act;

for the word " designated" (in each place where it occurs) there shall be substituted the words " passenger transport ".
