Constitution
1The Transport Tribunal shall be a court of record and have an official seal which shall be judicially noticed.
2(1)The tribunal shall consist of—
(a)a president and two or more chairmen appointed by the Lord Chancellor (referred to below in this Schedule as judicial members); and
(b)two or more other members appointed by the Secretary of State.
(2)The president of the tribunal shall be a barrister, advocate or solicitor of not less than ten years' standing, and each chairman shall be a barrister, advocate or solicitor of not less than seven years' standing.
