15In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971 (tribunals under direct supervision of the Council on Tribunals), for paragraph 31 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“Transport
31The Transport Tribunal constituted as provided in Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 1985.”.
