25E+W+SIn section 55(3) of that Act (definitions of expressions used in the penalty fares provisions), for the definition of “bus service” there shall be substituted the following—
“”bus service’ means a local service within the meaning of the Transport Act 1985 other than an excursion or tour within the meaning of that Act;”.
