Part II E+W Exchequer Contributions for Agricultural Housing

No further payments if house vests in local housing authority E+W

5 Where a house which has been provided under arrangements under section 46 of the M1 Housing (Financial Provisions) Act 1958 becomes vested in the local housing authority making the arrangements, no further sums are payable by the Secretary of State or the authority in respect of the house under this Part of this Schedule.
