22 E+W An offence under any of the following sections of the Theft Act 1968—

(a) section 8 (robbery or assault with intent to rob),

(b) section 9 (burglary),

(c) section 10 (aggravated burglary).

23 E+W An offence under section 1 of the Criminal Damage Act 1971 (destroying or damaging property).

24 E+W An offence under section 30 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (racially or religiously aggravated criminal damage).]
