[F6“assured tenancy” has, in England and Wales, the same meaning as in Part I of the Housing Act 1988 and, in Scotland, the same meaning as in Part II of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988;
“assured agricultural occupancy” has the same meaning as in Part I of the Housing Act 1988.]
