1A scheme under section 123 of the [1957 c. 56.] Housing Act 1957 (schemes for the unification of divergent grant conditions affecting the management of a housing association's houses) which was made before 10th August 1972 and is in force immediately before the commencement of this Act remains in force under this paragraph.
