PART V Schemes for the Unification of Grant Conditions

1 A scheme under section 123 of the [1957 c. 56.] Housing Act 1957 (schemes for the unification of divergent grant conditions affecting the management of a housing association's houses) which was made before 10th August 1972 and is in force immediately before the commencement of this Act remains in force under this paragraph.

2 A scheme under section 157 of the [1966 c. 49.] Housing (Scotland) Act 1966 (schemes for the unification of divergent grant conditions affecting the management of a housing association's houses) which was made before 3rd August 1972 and is in force immediately before the commencement of this Act remains in force under this paragraph.
