F1“assured tenancy” has, in England and Wales, the same meaning as in Part I of the Housing Act 1988 and, in Scotland, the same meaning as in Part II of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988;

“assured agricultural occupancy” has the same meaning as in Part I of the Housing Act 1988.

“mental disorder” has the same meaning as in the M1Mental Health Act 1983 or the M2Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984;

“secure tenancy” has the same meaning as in section 79 of the M3Housing Act 1985 or F244 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987;
