" mental disorder " has the same meaning as in the M1Mental Health Act 1983 or the M2Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984;

" secure tenancy " has the same meaning as in section 79 of the M3Housing Act 1985 or section 10 of the M4Tenants' Rights &c. (Scotland) Act 1980 ;

" standard scale " has the meaning given by section 75 of the M5Criminal Justice Act 1982.
