14E+WIn section 15 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1967 (application of provisions of Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 to acquisition by agreement of land for certain housing purposes), in subsection (1) for “Part V of the Act of 1957”, in both places where it occurs, and for “the said Part V”, substitute “Part II of the Housing Act 1985”.
