9E+WIn section 27 of the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 (acquiring authority to make good deficiency in rates), in subsection (1) (excepted cases) for “an acquisition of land under the Housing Act 1957” substitute “an acquisition of land under any Part of the Housing Act 1985 other than Part VIII (area improvement)”.
