Paragraph 33 of Schedule 3 to the M1British Telecommunications Act 1981 (provision for protection of certain telecommunication apparatus) continues to have effect in relation to any order under section 64 of the Housing Act 1957 (extinguishment of rights over land acquired for clearance) coming into force before the appointed day for the purposes of the M2TelecommunicationsAct 1984.
