There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Weights and Measures Act 1985, Paragraph 10.
10E+W+S Any equipment to which section 11 of this Act applies which immediately before the commencement of this Act was treated as having been duly stamped under section 11 of the 1963 Act by virtue of subsection (7) of that section shall for the purposes of this Act be treated as having been duly stamped under section 11 of this Act.
