111F1 Broadcasting: additional payments by programme contractors.

The M1Broadcasting Act 1981 shall have effect with respect to additional payments payable by programme contractors under that Act subject to the amendments made by Part I of Schedule 22 to this Act.

The transitional provisions made by Part II of that Schedule shall have effect.

This section shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st April 1986.
