In section 17 of the [1979 c. 43.] Crown Agents Act 1979 (interest on Crown Agents commencing capital debt payable during initial period only if Secretary of State so determines)—
(a)in subsection (9), for the words from " five " to " seven " there shall be substituted the word " twelve " ; and
(b)subsection (10) shall cease to have effect.
