Application of Acquisition of Land Act 1981 generally E+W+S

4 The Acquisition of Land Act 1981 shall apply to a compulsory purchase by a [F1 public gas transporter] of land or rights in England and Wales, subject, in the case of a compulsory acquisition of a right by the creation of a new right, to Schedule 3 to that Act.
