Gas Act 1986, Cross Heading: The Land Compensation Act 1973 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 09 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
14(1)In section 44(2) of the M1Land Compensation Act 1973 (compensation for injurious affection), for the words “paragraph 13 of Schedule 2 to the Gas Act 1972” there shall be substituted the words “ paragraph 7 of Schedule 3 to the Gas Act 1986 ”.E+W+S
(2)In section 58(2) of that Act (determination of material detriment where part of house etc. proposed for compulsory acquisition), for the words “paragraph 14 of Schedule 2 to the Gas Act 1972” there shall be substituted the words “ paragraph 8 of Schedule 3 to the Gas Act 1986 ”.
