The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 E+W+S

13 In section 212(2) of the M1 Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 (cases in which land is to be treated as not operational land of statutory undertakers), for the words “the Gas Act 1972” there shall be substituted the words “the Gas Act 1986”.
