Part II U.K. Provisions and Savings Coming into Force on Transfer Date

24 E+W+S Any office fixed or address published by the Corporation for the purposes of section 46(3) of this Act, and any office or address having effect as if so fixed or published, shall be deemed on and after the transfer date to have been so fixed or published by the successor company.
