Part II U.K. Provisions and Savings Coming into Force on Transfer Date

26 E+W+S A compulsory purchase order made by the Corporation which was made, or has effect as if made, by virtue of Schedule 3 to this Act and is effective on the transfer date shall have effect as if made by the successor company.
