The functions of the Commission with respect to appeals under section 23B are not to be regarded as comprised in its general functions for the purposes of Part 2 of Schedule 7 to the Competition Act 1998 (manner in which general functions are to be carried out).

Instead, Schedule 4A to this Act has effect.
