[F2(1)]The Authority must carry out its functions under this Part in the manner that it considers is best calculated to implement, or to ensure compliance with, any binding decision of the Agency or the European Commission made under the Gas Directive, the Gas Regulation or the Agency Regulation [F3(or the predecessor of the Agency Regulation)] in relation to gas.]
