For the purposes of this Part, the expression “unregistered company” includes F1. . ., any association and any company, with the following exceptions—

On such day as the Treasury appoints by order under section 4(3) of the M1Trustee Savings Banks Act 1985, the words in subsection (1) from “any trustee” to “banks” cease to have effect and are hereby repealed.
