The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (c.65) S

5 In section 75(4) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 for the words “the Legal Aid and Advice (Scotland) Acts 1967 and 1972” there shall be substituted the words “the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986”.
