This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
Subject to section 11(2) of this Act, advice and assistance to which this Part applies shall be available in Scotland for any client if—
(a)his disposable income does not exceed £114 a week; or
(b)he is (directly or indirectly) in receipt of supplementary benefit under the [1976 c. 71.] Supplementary Benefits Act 1976 or of family income supplement under the [1970 c. 55.] Family Income Supplements Act 1970,
and his disposable capital does not exceed £800.
