Section 17 of that Act shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (1) for the words “principal Act”, in the second place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 ”.

In subsection (3) for the words “Section 87(1) and (2) of the principal Act” there shall be substituted the words “ Section 95(1), (2) and (3) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 ”.
