Section 56 of that Act shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (3)(d) for the words “Agricultural Holdings Act 1948” there shall be substituted the words “ Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 ”.

In subsection (4) for the words “section 58 of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1948” there shall be substituted the words “ section 72 of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 ” and for the words “the proviso” there shall be substituted the words “ subsection (4) of that section ”.
