59 Interpretation of Part IV.E+W

(1)In sections 36 to 48 above F1...—

have the meanings given by section 35(2) above; and in those sections “eligible person” has the meaning given by section 36(3) above.

(2)In sections 49 to 58 above F2...—

  • the retirement date”,

  • the retirement notice”,

  • the retiring tenant”,
