94 Orders and regulations.

(1)

Any power to make an order or regulations conferred on F1the Secretary of State, the Lord Chancellor or the Welsh Ministers by any provision of this Act (except section 85 or 86) shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

(2)

Any statutory instrument containing an order or regulations made under any provision of this Act (except section 22(4) F2, 84(4) or 91 F3... ) shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of

F4(a)

either House of Parliament, in the case of a statutory instrument made by the Secretary of State or Lord Chancellor, or

(b)

Senedd Cymru, in the case of a statutory instrument made by the Welsh Ministers.

(3)

No regulations shall be made under section 22(4) above or F5section 84(4) above unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of

F6(a)

each House of Parliament, in the case of regulations made by the Secretary of State, or

(b)

Senedd Cymru, in the case of regulations made by the Welsh Ministers.

(4)

An order made under section 91 above shall be of no effect unless approved by a resolution of

each House of Parliament, in the case of an order made by the Secretary of State, or

(b)

Senedd Cymru, in the case of an order made by the Welsh Ministers.
