101U.K.In section 219 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1970 (taxation of benefits)—

(a)in subsection (1), for the words, “maternity benefit” there shall be substituted the words “maternity allowance, widow’s payments”; and

(b)in subsection (2), for the words “in respect of a family income supplement under the M1Family Income Supplements Act 1970 or the M2Family Income Supplements Act (Northern Ireland) 1971” there shall be substituted the words “of family credit under the Social Security Act 1986 or any corresponding enactment applying to Northern Ireland,”.
