The following subsection shall be substituted for subsection (1A) of section 45 of the Child Care Act 1980 (liability for contributions in respect of children in care)—

“(1A)

A person shall not be liable under subsection (1) (i) above to make any contribution during any period when he is in receipt of income support or family credit.”.
