44(1)In section 24(1)(a) of the Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1972 (amount to be carried to credit of rent rebate account) for the words “under section 32 of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982” there shall be substituted the words “under section 30 of the Social Security Act 1986”.U.K.
(2)In section 25(1)(a) of that Act (amount to be carried to credit of rent allowance account) for the words “under section 32 of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982” there shall be substituted the words “under section 30 of the Social Security Act 1986”.
