SCHEDULE 13

Preliminary

For the purposes of this Schedule, a scheme—

“qualifies for recognition” if it makes provision for the matters specified in Part I of Schedule 12 and F1the services action in relation to which is subject to investigation under the scheme consist of or include one or more F1relevant services; and

“conforms to the relevant requirements” if, in relation to a F2relevant service, it makes action in relation to F2that service subject to investigation in accordance with Part III of that Schedule;

and any reference to a scheme qualifying for recognition, or being recognised, to any “extent" indicates recognition of it for the purpose of investigations of action in relation to one or more F3relevant services.
