Where a building society sends a merger statement F1or transfer proposal notification to its members under paragraph 4 above in connection with a meeting of the society, it shall send a copy of the statement F2or notification to the F5FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA at least 14 days before the date of the meeting.

The F6FCA must keep the copy of a merger statement F3or transfer proposal notification received by it from a building society in the public file of that society.
