In Article 3(10) of the M1Property (Discharge of Mortgage by Receipt) (Northern Ireland) Order 1983, after “applies” in the definition of “mortgage” there shall be inserted “ and, subject to paragraph 2(7) of Schedule 4 to the Building Societies Act 1986, does not include a mortgage to which that paragraph 2 applies. ”.
