31U.K.In paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 of the said Act of 1985 (custody orders in Scotland), after sub-paragraph (ii) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—
“(iia)an order freeing a child for adoption made under section 18 of the Adoption (Scotland) Act 1978”
