39 Duty to furnish particulars of other proceedings. U.K.

Parties to proceedings for or relating to a [F1 Part I order] shall, to such extent and in such manner as may be prescribed, give particulars of other proceedings known to them which relate to the child concerned (including proceedings instituted abroad and proceedings which are no longer continuing).
