40 Interpretation of Chapter VI.U.K.
(1)In this Chapter—
“the appropriate court” has the same meaning as in Chapter V;
“ [F1Part I order]” includes (except where the context otherwise requires) any such order as is mentioned in section 32(1) of this Act.
(2)In the application of this Chapter to Scotland, “ [F1Part I order]” also includes (except where the context otherwise requires) any such order as is mentioned in section 32(2) of this Act.
