40 Interpretation of Chapter VI.

In this Chapter—
“the appropriate court” has the same meaning as in Chapter V;
“F1Part I order” includes (except where the context otherwise requires) any such order as is mentioned in section 32(1) of this Act.

In the application of this Chapter to Scotland, “F1Part I order” also includes (except where the context otherwise requires) any such order as is mentioned in section 32(2) of this Act.
