40 Interpretation of Chapter VI. U.K.

(1) In this Chapter—

• “the appropriate court” has the same meaning as in Chapter V;

• “ [F1 Part I order]” includes (except where the context otherwise requires) any such order as is mentioned in section 32(1) of this Act.

(2) In the application of this Chapter to Scotland, “ [F1 Part I order]” also includes (except where the context otherwise requires) any such order as is mentioned in section 32(2) of this Act.
