Chapter III Jurisdiction of Courts in Scotland
8 Jurisdiction in independent proceedings.
A court in Scotland may entertain an application for a F1Part I order otherwise than in matrimonial proceedings only if it has jurisdiction under section 9, 10, 12 or 15(2) of this Act.
