The provisions set out in Schedule 12 to this Act shall be substituted for sections 428, 429 and 430 of the M1Companies Act 1985.

Subsection (1) above does not affect any case in which the offer in respect of the scheme or contract mentioned in section 428(1) was made before the coming into force of this section.
