Regulations under section 52 of this Act shall not apply to any regulated friendly society but F1the Commission may, with the consent of the Secretary of State, make such regulations as may be made under that section imposing requirements on regulated friendly societies other than member societies.

Any notice or information required to be given or furnished under this paragraph shall be given in writing or in such other manner as F1the Commission may approve.
