Financial Services Act 1986 (Repealed)

25 In paragraph 11 of Schedule 13 to the M1 Companies Act 1985 for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted—

“(a) any unit trust scheme which is an authorised unit trust scheme within the meaning of the Financial Services Act 1986”.
