C1188F1 Jurisdiction of High Court and Court of Session.

Proceedings arising out of any act or omission (or proposed act or omission) of—
a
a recognised self-regulating organisation,
b
a designated agency,
c
a transferee body, or
d
the competent authority,
in the discharge or purported discharge of any of its functions under this Act may be brought in the High Court or the Court of Session.

The jurisdiction conferred by subsection (1) is in addition to any other jurisdiction exercisable by those courts.
