The provisions of Schedule 4 have effect to exclude certain shared ownership leases from the operation of the provisions of—
(a)the M1Rent Act 1977 and the M2Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976, and
(b)Part I of the M3Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (right of long leaseholder to enfranchisement or extension of lease).
